Hello, everyone!
For your ongoing home learning, please see the Summer 2 page.
Mr G :-)
Hello everyone! I hope you're all keeping well, and that everyone has had a brilliant Easter. As we're still on lockdown and school remains closed, I'll be providing some resources each week that will follow our usual curriculum.
They will come with instructions or examples, and they will reflect work we've done before in Year 4. If anything is not clear, feel free to get in touch with me directly. I've already had some lovely emails with updates on what people have been up to at home!
Your weekly activities will be along these lines:
The following remain available:
The resources for all this will be listed on our Summer 1 page, so head there for weekly updates. If you do have any questions, contact me directly via email: thomas.garrod@waverley.newcastle.sch.uk
Oh, and don't forget P.E! Make sure you're getting some daily exercise - there are some great yoga and fitness tutorials for children online, just get searching.
Take care, everyone. I look forward to seeing you before too long!
Mr Garrod
Hello, everyone! I hope you're all keeping well. The latest Year 4G newsletter is included below, with some activities for the Easter break. From the start of the summer term, new learning materials will be added to our class page each week.
If you have any questions or require any help in your learning, please get in touch with me directly. My email is included in the newsletter.
Hope to see you all soon!
Mr G.
P.E. will be on a Monday afternoon each week. In the summer term, this will be a swimming lesson.
Home-school reading records will be checked on a Wednesday afternoon. These should be updated with home reading five times a week, then signed by a responsible adult.
Homework will be set on a Friday, and will be due in the following Wednesday. This will typically be an online Mathletics challenge and a 'spelling story'.
