Our craft afternoon was a huge success. Thank you to all those that took part.

Week beginning 10th December 2018

Our Nativity 'The Bossy King' went really well this year. All the children did an amazing job of remembering their lines, singing the songs and performing. Well done everyone.

We used paint and black card to create silhouettes of the Great Fire of Newcastle.

Exploring Victorian objects and clothing

Week beginning 5th November 2018

This week we have been learning about Bonfire Night and the Story of Guy Fawkes. We have written different types of Firework Poetry. We have also talked about World War 1 and Remembrance Day. We have learnt that people wear Poppies to remember those who fought and died in World War 1 because these were the flowers that grew on the battlefields after the war.
