This week Nursery have been busy playing and learning about colours. Our story this week is 'What makes a Rainbow?'
We took part in a Rainbow experiment using skittles to make our own Rainbow.
We have been learning how to write the letter sound 'm' using Rainbow salt.
Nursery also enjoyed making toast and using our fine motor skills to spread our butter onto the toast.
This week at Nursery we have been learning about the letter sound 'm'. We played games to find out what started with the letter sound 'm' and made some silly soup.
Mr O'Brian found a hedgehog outside and we decided to make our own spiky hedgehogs using toothbrushes.
This week at Nursery we have enjoyed learning about Remembrance Day. We watched a lovely video clip about Remembrance Day, made our own poppies, counted poppies out and at 11am we stood in silence to remember.
On Friday we took part in Children in need. We made some Pudsey headbands, Pudsey masks, listened to a Pudsey story and joined in with Joe Wicks 24 hour PE challenge, we managed to do 30 minuets! Well done Nursery!
Welcome back to Nursery. The children have settled back onto the Nursery routine well.
We have been busy using our fine motor skills and exploring our new finger gym challenges by practicing our mark making with the chalk boards, our new tweezers games and dough disco.
